After extensive experience working for several large insurance agencies, our founder, an African-American woman, recognized that the insurance needs of the urban communities were not being met. Consequently, in 1979 she collected her experience, professionalism and integrity; then, she combined them with hard work, perseverance and a plan. The result was the creation of Atlantic Associates Insurance Agency, Inc.
